These medium/fast progressive action rods are very adaptable to a wide range of fishing applications and the full spectrum of fly line types. They really shine with the newest types of Scancinavian and Skagit shooting heads. All rods come with a Cordua covered hard case and rod sock.

Eleven and half feet and extremely light in hand, this spey rod is essentially an extension of the popular Beulah Switch Series. Excellent choice for small and mid size streams for summer steelheading, especially when back-casting quarters are tight. The 11'6" also makes a great cross-over rod for streamer fishing monster rainbows and browns. Don't under estimate this stick. It has plenty of punch to turn over tips and bigger flies. Recommended lines: Beulah Elixir Spey 380, Skagit style lines from 350-400 grains. Rio AFS 400.

SP1277/8-4

This rod is weapon of choice for the Beulah staff as well as many other dedicated two-hand steelhead fisherman. This rod can do the work of many 13'-14'0 rods, is forgiving enough to be a sound choice for the beginning spey caster and refined enough for those "in the know" casters with many years of spey experience behind them. This is the rod that put Beulah on the map with the coined phrase "Dude it's a $400.00 rod that casts, feels, and looks like a $700.00 rod". Recommended lines: Beulah Elixir Spey 435, Skagit lines from 400-450 grains,  Rio AFS 460.

SP1368/9-4

Beulah designed this stick for medium to large summer steelhead rivers. It has the ability to cross-over into winter with enough throttle to turn over lots-o-T-14 and big, bigger, or biggest winter flies. With extra length and the most forgiving action in this series this rod makes a sound first timers choice and a good pick if you can only own one and need the ultimate in versatility. Recommended lines: Beulah Elixir Spey 520, Skagit type lines from 500-550 grains,  Rio AFS 520.

This rod is currently the longest and strongest rod in the Beulah stable. This is the big-water steelhead and salmon rod of the Beulah line. Rio AFS 580 & Skagit type lines 650 grains

Switch Rods
Beulah Switch Rods are constructed of IM8 graphite using bias ply roll up for maximum strength and lightness. The Beulah Switch rod is a series of fast action 10'6" rods we cary in the following sizes.4/5, 5/6 wt, 7/8 wt, and 8/9wt. These four models are basocally tow trout sizes and two steelhead sizes. The 8/9 wt is also a great beach rod for fishing big lakes or saltwater. Because of their size and relative lightness, Switch Rods have unlimited potential in a variety of casting and fishing applications. The Switch Rod allows an angler to cast with double haul, spey cast, roll cast, and two handed cast. The two handed cast is basically bringing the line back with a back cast and swinging the rod overhead with two hands, allowing the line to shoot forward. Two-hand overhead casts with the larger Switch Rods may reach out over 100-feet with power in reserve. These casts are easy to master and open many new opportunities.

Dedicated trout nymph and dry fly rod for fish 8"-18". A perfect spey rod for trout.

SR1065/6-4

Dedicated trout 10"-24" ish range , and small summer steelhead rod for nymphing, larger dry flies and streamers . This rod has some good spey ability and is great in lakes with sink lines for large trout .

SR1067/8-4

Good crossover Winter/Summer Steelhead rod for Spey or Nymphing. Excellent indicator and nymph fishing from boat or bank. Great for spey work. Would make a terrific dedicated everyday Deschutes river dry line Steelhead rod.

SR1068/9-4

The first 10'6" Switch rod that can do the work of 12'6"-13'0" Spey rods. Legitimate Spey rod that has no problem with any wind, sink tip, and requires virtually no back-casting room. Also excellent for two hand surf casting.
