Alec Jackson is the grandfather every fly tier wishes he had.  He is caught here demonstrating how to tie elegant, practical steelhead flies with the rotary Nor-Vise.  
Alec is best known as the designer of his famous Spey Hooks and also as a major player in the stewardship of the North Stillaguaumish River in Northern Washington.
His dissertation on the decimation and subsequent regeneration of the Deer Creek steelhead run is a lesson in civics at the highest level.

Don't worry there will be plenty of room.  You will be able to see Alec's tying sequences on our close circuit television. 
There will be plenty of refreshments and munchies. 
There will also be a drawing for
