|No doubt you have noticed the new buttons on every page of our web site, but you may not know what they are for. They are for instant communication with an experienced fly angler on staff here at The Fly Fishing Shop. Below is a short tutorial on how to use this new service.|

When the button says ONLINE NOW there is a person available to assist you via instant messaging. Click the button and type a message. Some one will answer your question immediately.
This button provides the next level of customer service. We will not only answer your tackle questions, but also answer questions about using our shopping cart, help with site navigation and give up-to-the minute status of your order.
After Clicking The Online Button
After clicking on the ONLINE NOW button a screen similar to the one
below will pop up on your monitor. Fill in the fields displayed and
click the Start Chat button.
When an angler accepts your call a new screen pops up in the place of the one above.
You then type all messages and responses in the text field at the bottom
of the chat window.

||When the button says OFFLINE it means that
either all of our experienced anglers are currently helping other
customers or it is after our regular business hours, which are 6:00AM -
6:00PM 7 days a week 362 days a year.
Although there is not an available angler you can still contact us by leaving a message. We will answer your question as soon as we receive it.
clicking the OFFLINE button a screen similar to the one below will
pop up on your monitor. Fill in the fields displayed and click the Send
Email button and we will answer your questions as soon as we are
