Rio Redfish Fly Fishing Line - don't head for the flats without several!

RIO’s Redfish line has a short back taper for fast casts and a mid length front taper that will present a fly without spooking back country Reds. The taper features an increase in weight towards the front of the line to make it easy to load rods at close range and to cope with typical saltwater winds. A hard, saltwater coating over a medium stiff core results in a fly line that will not wilt in most conditions and retains good loop control. The line is built with RIO's XS Technology that ensures the slickest of finishes and an AgentX undercoat to keep the running line and tip floating high.  Includes a welded loop at both ends for easy rigging.

Rio Redfish Fly Fishing Line
We got a full compliment of Rio Lines before our recent Belize trip. They came in various colors, tapers and finishes. We pounded them against hard winds and many times strong fish strung them through barnacle coated mangroves. We fished for bonefish, permit, snook and tarpon. We used lines in WF6F, WF8F, WF9F, WF10F. We had Rio Redfish Lines in all those sizes. And even though we also had a variety of other lines in the same sizes, the Redfish Line quickly became our go-to floating line. It casts long, it casts short, and does everything with great predictability.
Rio Redfish Lines works well for bonefish, permit, snook, and baby tarpon too!
