Dr. Slick Thinning Scissors These scissors have slots in one blade that lets half of the material escape being cut. They are especially handy for tying streamers out of synthetic strands, such as Fish Hair and Super Hair, which doesn't have taper in the individual hairs. Tie in bundles of Super hair and then cut across the wing at intervals so that the rear part of the wing is thinner than the front. This will give the wing a taper similar to a bait fish. |
