Located on the north eastern border of the Cascade Mountain Range, Pine Hollow Reservoir is worth the attention of fly anglers, especially early in the season. During clear, calm days Mt. Hood mirrors in the surface for spectacular views. Ample stockings of all sizes of rainbow trout combined with a prolific large mouth bass population can produce exciting fly fishing. |

Hatches: Calibaetis, damsels, dragons, midges, is one
of the earliest bodies of water to turn on for fly fishing. Fishes well with
wooly buggers, leeches & midges starting in March. |
